Kafijas pupiņas Paulig Classic Crema 1kg

125 grams Ūdens

20 grams Čia sēklas

20 grams Extra virgin eļļa (es izmamtoju ķirbja sēklu eļļu)

20 grams Ābolu etiķis (vai citronu sula)

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

20 grams Psilliums (ceļtekas pulveris)

  1. Soak the peas overnight.

  2. The next day, rinse them, add water and all the other ingredients (except chia seeds) and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the chia seeds, stir and pour into the baking tin.

  4. Bake in an oven preheated to ~175 °C for ~35-40 minutes.

  5. Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
