30 grams Kukurūzas milti (vai jebkuri citi)

3 grams Cepamais pulveris

20 grams Šokolāde bez cukura

15 grams Piens 2%

  1. Peel the apples and pumpkin, cut them into pieces and steam until soft. Blend in a blender.

  2. Add the egg, natural yogurt, sweetener, and blend again. Add the flour and baking powder.

  3. Pour the mixture into a cup and microwave for 4-5 minutes.Or bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes at 170 °C (depending on your oven).

  4. Prepare the chocolate sauce by melting the chocolate in the milk. Alternatively, you can use any berry sauce (cook berries with water and a sweetener). P.S.
