Thick Soup with Pumpkin, Salmon, and Spinach

  1. Separate the cauliflower into florets, and cut the pumpkin and onion into small pieces.

  2. First, add the hardest vegetable — the butternut squash — to the pot of boiling water. Fry the onion and garlic in a pan.

  3. Once the pumpkin has cooked for a while, add the cauliflower, coconut milk, fried onions and garlic, and cook until done.

  4. Blend the vegetables with a blender, then add the fish, divided into small pieces, spinach, and dill. Stir and bring everything to a boil again.
