635 grams Ķirbis

362 grams Selerijas sakne

257 grams Brokolis

400 grams Kūpināti vistas girosi (bez ādas)

180 grams Kausētais siers “Baltijas Dzintars” (vai līdzvērtīgs)

20 grams Ķiploki

  1. Pour water into a pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaves, spices, and bring to a boil.

  2. Dice the celery root, pumpkin, cauliflower, and broccoli, and mince the garlic. Add the celery root to the pot first, as it is the hardest vegetable.

  3. After a while, add the pumpkin to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes (until the pumpkin is half-soft), then add the cauliflower and garlic.

  4. Slice the smoked chicken and add it to the vegetables.

  5. Add the processed cheese, stir, and cook until done.
