Turkey Fillet Sausages

A tasty and healthy snack. Especially delicious with avocado dip sauce.

1 Ola

500 grams Malta tītara (vai vistas) fileja

100 grams Dabīgais jogurts

30 grams Adžika (Pūres)

15 grams Ķiploki

  1. Add an egg, yoghurt, minced garlic, salt, and spices to the minced meat, then mix everything thoroughly.

  2. Place the mixture in a pastry bag, cut off the tip, and pipe thin strips onto a baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 175–180 °C. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the sausages become brown. Baking time depends on the thickness of the sausages and how “crispy-hard” you want them.
