preperation

  1. Add the egg, flour, baking powder, vanilla and sweetener to the curd.

  2. Mix the dough, divide it into 2 equal parts and form two round buns with "borders".

  3. Mix two eggs with cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and cumin and fill into buns.

  4. Bake in the oven at ~175-180 °C until light golden.
