Delicious low-calorie recipes

Many kinds of braunis have been made. This time I made another one out of pumpkin and it's just great!

Lēcas Kiteks Turcijas 500g

3 Olas

350 grami Ķirbis

60 grami Kukurūzas milti

50 grami Eritritols + kāds intensīvāks saldinātājs (pilieni)

30 grami Kakao

16 grami Vaniļas cukurs (dr .Quther)

10 grami Psilliums

6 grami Cepamais pulveris

preperation

  1. First, sauté the pumpkin. Sauté it on the stove, roast it in the oven or do what I do: cut it into pieces and put it in the microwave for ~6 min. Then puree it into a smooth purée and set aside to cool.

  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, psyllium, cocoa and baking powder. Mix and sift.

  3. Whisk the eggs with vanilla, erythritol, and a a pinch of salt for ~2 minutes, until the mass increases in volume. Add the cooled pumpkin puree and whisk again.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg-pumpkin mixture. Stir the dough and pour it into the mould.

  5. Place in the oven at 175 °C and bake for ~40-45 minutes. Make sure that when you poke the wooden chopstick, it comes out dry (so that no dough sticks to it).
