500 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

200 grams Kulinārijas biezpiens "Baltais"

150 grams Ogas (man avenes)

100 grams Dabīgais jogurts

60 grams Whey proteīns

40 grams Kukurūzas ciete

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Saldinātājs (man 100 g eritritols)

preperation

  1. Whisk the eggs with the egg white and erythritol. Whisk until the mass increases in volume.

  2. Add both curds, yoghurt and beat until smooth.

  3. Add the protein, cornstarch and baking powder.

  4. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and press the berries into the batter.

  5. Bake at ~175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
