30 grami Curry paste "AROY-D" yellow

25 grami Greens (optional: dill, parsley)

Salt, spices of your choice

preperation

  1. I took the seafood out of the fridge, defrosted it in advance, and rinsed (except the shrimp).

  2. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Separate the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts and cut off the stems. If the sprouts are large, cut them in half.

  3. First, place the Brussels sprouts in the pot. Then add the frozen vegetables. Next, add the cauliflower. After a moment, add the broccoli, tomatoes, curry paste, salt, and spices of your choice.

  4. When the vegetables are almost ready, add the seafood and processed cheese.

  5. Cook for about 8-10 minutes.

  6. Add the greens. Done.
