150 grami Skimmed milk curd

1 Fresh orange with whole peel

80 grami Dates

preperation

  1. Finely chop all the dried fruit.

  2. Beat the eggs with the curd and add the oat flakes.

  3. Wash the orange thoroughly and cut it with the peel on (you can also remove the peel, but I liked the slight bitterness and juice that came out when cutting the orange).

  4. Mix the fruit with the curd, eggs, and oatmeal mixture.

  5. Mix all ingredients and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press down firmly and seal the edges.

  6. Bake at ~170 °C for 35-40 minutes (until the surface is golden brown and the biscuit is firm).

  7. Cool, cut into smaller pieces (like cookies) or larger pieces (like muesli bars), as desired.
