Spinach Omelette with Cheese and Scallions

A breakfast rich in iron and protein – spinach omelette with cheese and scallions.

Karameļu mērce ICA 300g

2 Olas

50 grams Olu baltums

60 grams 10% siers (vai cits liess siers)

50 grams Spināti

20 grams Zaļie lociņi, dilles

Sāls, pipari un citas garšvielas pēc izvēles

  1. Blend the eggs and egg white with spinach, salt, and pepper. Grate the cheese.

  2. Pour the mixture into a pan ( mine is 26 cm in diameter) and bake at a very low temperature until the bottom is "set."

  3. Mix the grated cheese with the scallions and sprinkle over the omelette, cover the pan with a lid and allow the cheese to melt (~3-4 minutes). Then fold the omelette and leave it in the pan for a few more minutes.
