  1. Grind all the ingredients for the cutlets and add the seasonings.

  2. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  3. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30–35 minutes.

  4. Let it cool, then use a glass or a metal ring to cut out circles.

  5. Cut out circles from bread using a glass or a metal ring, then roast them in the oven at 200°C (but don’t overcook them).

  6. Spread cream cheese on the bread, place a lettuce leaf on top, and top with a chicken cutlet.

  7. Garnish with a slice of pickled cucumber and half an olive. The nutritional value is not mentioned this time. Because during the holidays, I don’t count calories — just cooking healthy meals.
