Quinoa Pancake Savoury Cake A pancake cake with minimal carbs but plenty of protein.
Chicken Fillet Casserole with Pumpkin and Ricotta Chicken fillet, pumpkin, fresh ricotta cheese and a touch of tangy pickled cucumber. Seasoned with garlic and herbs. Usually, all these ingredients make for some fantastically tasty cutlets. But this time, they were combined into a single dish – a casserole. Tasty, healthy and NUTRITIOUS!
