30 grams Sēkliņas apviļāšanai

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside for ~10-15 minutes.

  2. Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts and, using wet hands, form elongated buns. Then, roll them in the seed mix.

  3. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-40 minutes.
