I saw minced catfish fillet in the store and got a craving to make some catfish cutlets. They turned out delicious!

1 Ola

350 grams Malta sama fileja

50 grams Burkāns

30 grams Kukurūzas ciete

20 grams Zaļumi (dilles, pētersīļi)

5 grams Ķiploki

3 grams Eļļa

Garšaugu sāls, pipari, garšvie;as pēc izvēles

  1. Grate the carrot on a fine grater, mince the garlic, and mix with all the other ingredients.

  2. Shape the cutlets with wet hands and fry them in a pan greased with oil. Fry on both sides, covered, over very low heat.
