Goulash soup is traditionally made with beef, but since I don't especially enjoy it, I prepare it with turkey. I must say that it turned out to be quite delicious.

  1. Prepare all the vegetables: cut the peppers and pickled cucumbers into strips, and cut the carrots into half-moons. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the turkey meat into strips.

  2. Pour water into a pot and bring the broth to a boil (I use 2 bouillon cubes). Put the potatoes in the pot first.

  3. While the potatoes are boiling, fry the onion, garlic, turkey meat and cumin in 15 g of oil in a pan. Set aside.

  4. Add the paprika, carrots, and tomato paste to the pot. Bring everything to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes, then add all the other ingredients and spices and cook until done.
